Bob Leet

Sales

Bob is originally from DeWitt, New York. He graduated from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry in 1985 and has been with Bestway since 2012. After college, he and his wife moved to the seacoast area of New Hampshire where they raised two daughters and a few too many dogs, cats, horses, and goats. He also manages an ATFS Certified Tree Farm that includes a small grove of Christmas trees. A “wood geek” his whole life, he recently constructed an acoustic guitar under the guidance of the late Master Luthier, John Whiteside.

Chris Poli

Sales & Purchasing

Chris was born in Cortland, New York where he lives with his wife and daughters. He joined Bestway after graduating in 2000 from Onondaga Community College. Since then, he has worked in many parts of the business, including the yard, plant, maintenance, and – for the past 11 years – the sales team. His territory spans the Southern Tier, Pennsylvania, and central and eastern NY. He is also a product line and purchasing manager for products including Shoreline Vinyl and eastern white pine. Chris enjoys woodworking, trail running, movie nights, skiing, and hiking the Adirondacks with his family. He is “blessed to have the best customers in the industry.”

Colin Mulvihill

Sales; Inventory Control

Colin was born and raised in Homer, New York and attended Keuka College in Penn Yan where he played lacrosse. He’s been at Bestway since 2005, starting in the yard before moving into sales. His territory covers western New York, the Finger lakes, the Southern Tier, and northern Pennsylvania. He is also the company's inventory manager and product line manager for Owens Corning insulation. Outside the office, Colin enjoys staying active with his wife and daughter, traveling to new places (generally in search of good music, food, and drink), and sharing laughs with family and friends.

Dave Hayes

Sales & Purchasing

Dave hails from Queens, New York. He graduated from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF). He began his career in the lumber industry with U.S. Plywood in 1978. He then joined Bestway in 1985. In addition to managing the territories of eastern and northern New York and western Vermont, he purchases plywood, split rail fencing, SPF, and treated specialties. Dave's interests include skiing, hooping, golfing, boating on Otisco Lake, and playing baseball. He loves his two boys, his wonderful woman, and sitting back with a few cold beers.

Jim Fish

Sales; Steel Specialist

Jim was born and raised in the Cortland, New York area. After high school, he earned a building trades degree from OCM BOCES and graduated first in his class. He has been with Bestway since 1999 and is the product manager for Union Corrugating. Jim is a twin. He and his wife are proud parents of a son in his twenties as well as twin teenage daughters. In his spare time, you can find Jim pursuing his favorite hobby - metal detecting – and learning about his hometown’s local history.

Kimberlee Hollister

Sales; Garage Door Specialist

Kim was born in Cortland, New York and has called the area home for her whole life. She is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Kim came to Bestway in 2019. Since joining the company, she has taken on an array of different responsibilities. Most recently, Kim became a sales rep in 2022. After work, she enjoys spending time at home, getting together with family and friends, and caring for her dogs.

Steve Everle

Sales & Purchasing

Steve was born in Nyack, New York. After graduating from SUNY Cortland in 1996, he decided to make the area his home and has been with Bestway since 1994. He is our product manager for lines including MiraTEC, XO PVC, CertainTeed products, and EasyTrim Reveals. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, and watching sports. 

Zach Walter

Sales

Zach hails from the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York where he also attended college at SUNY Cortland.  After school, Zach worked for seven years as a sales rep for Welder’s Warehouse, a provider of industrial abrasives throughout the Northeast. He joined the Bestway team in 2021. In his spare time, Zach enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and snowmobiling. He’s currently logging flight time in pursuit of a private pilot’s license. Derrick Parrott

General Manager - Cresco, PA

Derrick was born in Queens, NY, where he resided until relocating to the Pocono Mountains in 1996. He has been a dedicated employee of Bestway since 2007 where he has been able to learn, grow, and become General Manager. Derrick is happily married to his high school sweetheart. When he isn’t working, he loves spending time with his family, friends, and dog. He also enjoys competitive bowling, golfing, and watching sports.

Linette Heckman

Office Manager - Cresco, PA

Linette was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and moved to the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania in 1987. She has been a loyal Bestway employee for 18 years. She is responsible for various accounting tasks and oversees the day-to-day office operations. She is the proud mother of one son and two daughters. She is also the MiMi to her sweet granddaughter Isla Marie-2. In her spare time, Linette loves to crochet and take care of her cats and dog. She also volunteers her time to several animal charities.

Tracy Dunlap
Inventory Control - Cresco, PA

Tracy was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Queens, NY before moving to the Poconos with her parents in 1986. Her greatest accomplish-ments are her 2 “adult” children that have blessed her with 3, soon to be 4, grandchildren. She started her Bestway career in August of 2006 as the Inventory Control Supervisor & Dispatcher. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with and spoil her grandchildren!
